Nothing 2 Watch? Psycho-logic by Christian Louboutin

Forget regular commercials: if you want to be hot in the fashion scene you should make a short promotional film. Shoe-god Christian Louboutin definitely knows fashion films are a must and made one himself. 

The 8 minutes long half black and white, half glittery film is based on the Hitchcock movie 'Psycho'. Psycho-logic tells a story about a woman finding her ultimate fantasy. There's only one important twist: the knive from the original movie is replaced for a pump. Of course ..

The film is actually some promotion for the new Louboutin boutique in L.A: a real shoe-paradise! Check out the movie below.

Get inspired: Christopher Kane!

Some people have it all (grrr) . Designer Christopher Kane for example. Only twenty seven years old and already the favourite of many editors. Christopher has a capsule collection for Topshop. Check the collection at Topshop and Colette. 

But that's not all: Christopher has a serie of jewels in association with Swarovski and a line of accessories for Versace. Christopher Kane is on! 

Curious who will be the next designer signing up to do a collection for Topshop? No less a person than Mark Fast: the designer who last fashion week caused a lot of commotion by sending 'plus size' models down the runway. Still waiting for the news when te collection will launch, but be prepared for some feminine and affordable clothing! 

 

Enough 2 Do 4 Vogue Junkies!

Are you a Vogue addict? Tomorrow you will get your monthly dose of fashion when the october issue of Paris Vogue will appear in kiosks. On the cover is no less a person than Kate Moss and we must say we really like the picture. 

If you want to see more covers of Vogue, you can visit the open air exhibiton (1st octobre - 1st november 2009) in Paris to celebrate 90 years of Vogue Magazine. Walk down the Champs Ellysees and experience the evolution of fashion and photography.

Are you not aible to visit the Champs Ellysees in the city of love? Don't worry .. a book is being published as well. The book will show 122 cover shots (more than the open air exhibition will show!).

And last but not least .. all Vogue Junkies should go to the cinema to watch the September Issue. Go, go, go!

Collage Nothing 2 Crew

'The nothing 2 crew' is a huge fan of collages. Once in a while we get scissors and glue (Ha, read: photoshop, the other option is probably way too old skool) and do something that's called 'being creative'. While searching on the internet we found a guy who makes awesome collages and could be a big inspiration: Jonathan Cassidy. We definately like! Do you? Nothing 2 wear? Garance Doré X Gap

Heep Heep Hooray! Gap celebrates its 40th anniversary. To make this fashionable birthday complete one of our favorite bloggers, Garance Doré, created some fabulous shirts. Suprisingly the shirts don't contain pictures of Garance Dore's blog (what you would expect) but lovely illustrations. We like! You can buy the shirts at a pop-up-store in London. Make sure you'll go there as soon as possible because there are only 69 (symbolic for Gaps 40th anniversary) shirts for sale. Not one of the 69 new owners of one of these shirts? The pop-up-store has gorgeous exposition of Garance's work. Go visit!

We love colorful, happy and funny fashion. That's why we are very excited about Jean-Charles de Castelbajac's new collection called JC/DC. The new line will be launched in Paris tomorrow en we can't wait to cheer up the streetscape with one of JC/DC's items. Yet another great commercial for Adidas. With 'the house party commercial' starring people like Katy Perry, Russel Simmons and David Beckham Adidas allready showed they know how to create a smashing commercial. And they did it again! The video for the the fall/winter collection of Jeremy Scott features a song called 'Get it up' with M.I.A. and Santogold. You must like! Check out the video below.
